Participation in the Belfast Operatic Company has become something of a family business for the Robinsons and David followed in his mothers footsteps as a young man and joined the company, and now his own son Darren has become a member too!

David's vast experience (currently almost 38 years of it!) has often been put to good use, and he has served as Chairman several times in the past. Some of his most important achievements have been winning best show with Orpheus in the Underworld at Waterford International Festival of Light Opera in 1980, and purchase and initial management of the Company properties, the Mount and most recently Heron Road.
