What’s in a name…..?

A bunch of people…
…from all walks of life – unemployed, professional, retired;
students, homebuilders, businessmen et al. 

The one thing that links them all, is the love of choral music and the live musical stage.
The benefits they get - apart from the buzz of performing in venues around the country - including Belfast’s Grand Opera House - is great friendship, great craic, oh, and to be part of a magnificent award winning singing ensemble.

Belfast Operatic Company may be the name, but there’s so much more to it! As we prepare to celebrate our half centenary in 2010, we look forward to starting the next 50 years in our brand new, purpose designed premises at Heron Road Belfast.
